Waratah Cuts Down the Competition In Richmond

The Expo Richmond Logging Exhibition, held May 19th and 20th at the Richmond Raceway Complex, was a great event for logging contractors from up and down the eastern coast and the southern states. Over 10,000 attendees filed through the twelve acres of outdoor forestry exhibits over the two-day event.
Doug Landers, General Manager, Waratah U.S.A., said "The Richmond show exceeded our expectations, with overwhelming customer interest in the heavy-duty 600 Series Processors. More and more contractors can see the value of running processors over conventional logging systems. We see the processors being incorporated into traditionally full-tree logging areas with great results."
Waratah displayed their new HTH622B attachment and it really turned heads. Its 30-inch (762 mm) cutting capacity and 24-inch (610 mm) processing capability kept the loggers' questions coming and the display tent full.
Expo Richmond continues to be one of the best attended logging shows on the East Coast with all major manufacturers in attendance.
